Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Wassav, you fully accept these terms of use. The French version is the authoritative version.

2. Service

Wassav is an app for coordinating real-life social meetups. The service lets you offer or join spontaneous one-to-one outings ("Mo cho"), weekly groups ("Blo") and events, with other verified users.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You certify that your profile photo represents you.

4. Expected behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, insults or discrimination.
• Commercial solicitation.
• Identity impersonation.
• Use of the app for unlawful purposes.

Any breach leads to suspension or deletion of the account without notice.

5. Zero tolerance, reporting and blocking

Zero tolerance: no objectionable content or behaviour is tolerated. You can report any inappropriate content or user and block a user directly from the app. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; objectionable content is removed and offending accounts are suspended or deleted.

6. Meeting safety

Favour public places, tell someone close to you about your outings, and trust your judgement. Wassav does not control users' behaviour outside the app.

7. Intellectual property

The content of the app (design, code, brand) is the property of the publisher. Your posts remain yours, but you grant Wassav a licence to display them within the app.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wassav cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service or from interactions between users. You are solely responsible for your safety and your decisions during physical meetups.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deletion is permanent within 30 days. See the account deletion page.

10. App Store and Google Play

If you download the app via the App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and assume no liability in this respect; these terms serve as the end-user licence agreement (EULA).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with the privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wassav regarding the service and supersede any prior agreement.

13. Changes

Wassav reserves the right to modify these terms. Any substantial change will be notified in the app.
