Delete your account

You can delete your Wassav account and the associated personal data at any time. You have two options.

Option 1 — From the app (immediate)

Open the Wassav app.
Go to Profile, then Settings.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanent deletion is scheduled.

Option 2 — By email (without access to the app)

If you can no longer access the app, write to contact@wassav.com from the email address linked to your account, or by providing the associated phone number, with the subject "Delete my Wassav account".

We verify your identity and then process the request within 30 days at most.

Data deleted

Deletion permanently erases:

your profile (username, email, phone number, date of birth, city, bio);
your profile photos and media;
your preferences (interests, outing styles, radius);
your messages, duos, Blo groups and confirmations;
your push notification token.

Data retained and timeframes

The account is deactivated immediately and is no longer visible to other users. Permanent erasure occurs within 30 days. Certain data strictly necessary to comply with our legal and accounting obligations (for example ticketing transaction records) may be kept for the period required by law, then deleted.
